Jrue Holiday is playing well enough that the Sixers might as well give his brother a shot. A league source confirmed to CSNPhilly.com’sJohn Finger early Sunday morning that the Sixers will call up Justin Holiday, Jrue’s brother, from the D-League. Yahoo’s Marc Spears first tweeted the story late Saturday night. Justin Holiday, a 6-foot-6 swingman, has averaged 17 points and 5.2 rebounds in 46 games with the Idaho Stampede this season. He spent last summer playing for the Sixers’ Orlando Summer League team before hopping to the Cleveland Cavaliers’ squad in Vegas. Thereafter, he saw limited time with both the Cavs and the Portland Trail Blazers in three preseason games. Justin, 23, went undrafted in 2011 after four seasons at the University of Washington. His brother Jrue, 22, just made his first all-star team and leads the Sixers in points and assists with 18.4 and 8.5 per game.
