Coach Cal watching Karl Towns

Coach Cal watching Karl Towns

via Kentucky Sports Radio:

It’s no secret that the Wildcats are in serious trouble since they lost Nerlens Noel for the season. One way Coach Cal is getting away from the current Kentucky woes is going on a recruiting trip to check on one of his premier recruits coming that will make UK a untouchable national powerhouse again. Karl Towns Jr, one of the most versatile players in the country who we like to call the Quadruple Double Machine.

Per KRS:

It’s been a busy day for Calipari- Mass, reflective blogging, and now hitting the recruiting trail with his staff. According to Adam Zagoria, Calipari and company were on hand today to see 2014 commitment Karl Towns, Jr play in a blowout win for St. Joseph’s over Spotswood to advance to the GMC Tournament Semifinals. Towns scored the first seven points of the game and finished with 34 points, 15 rebounds, and 3 blocks. The game that was played at Middlesex County College. Make your own joke here while retaining optimism for Kentucky’s future.
