With just minutes after the official signing moratorium lapsed, the Clippers went right down to business. The Clippers have signed Chris Paul to a five year, 107 Million dollar contract. After all the wheeling and dealing that they did at the end of last season, the signing went smoothly.
The Clippers were probably the most aggressive team in the off-season, and it all started with the acquisition of Doc Rivers. The Clippers became a preferred destination with an experienced coach and the best point guard (arguably). They would probably rank as a top contender along with last year’s West champion, San Antonio.
